Two Rivers Lodge By Marston'S Inns, Chepstow

The hotel offered us a spacious and quiet family room, ideal for our trip, with ample car parking available. Although we had to walk across the road for food and drinks, the stay was very peaceful at night. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and convenient due to the hotel's location within walking distance of the station and town centre. However, it was a bit disappointing that the restaurant didn't supply Cob Forks. Still, we were welcomed with a nice drink. The hotel's location was convenient for Chepstow and perfect for attending a nearby wedding or exploring Wales with easy access. While not as pristine as Two Rivers, the hotel offered a good breakfast and a variety of beers. The dining experience was enjoyable, with quick and freshly cooked meals available at good value. The facilities provided were adequate for our needs during the stay.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms, including complementary tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water replenished daily. However, cleanliness could be improved. The service was extremely helpful and welcoming, even providing a tray of food to take back to the room. The location is ideal for various attractions and dining options, though just out of town. The dining experience lacked quality but was still value for money.

The hotel had plenty of space for my trip and was very quiet at night. The ample car parking was a good size, but my room overlooked the pub and the car park exit.
